The location was stunning, next to Main square. The staff was very attentive and fantastic friendly, offered amazing services. Our room was new-fashioned and well-designed and it came with laundry and a big toilet, as example.

Make sure to get standard room with laundry, an alarm going off plus ventilation. It has excellent, unbeatable setting, near staying right on the square and many restaurants, bars, terraces, markets. They serve great food, have lots of options to choose from:)))

Magnificent and unbeatable location near the historic center, the Central Park, and very close to the main square, next to Historic Museum of San Miguel de Allende. Helpful and excellent staff in the whole hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a lounge area and air conditioning in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this pet-friendly hotel. The room we booked was airy, huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The setting was incredible, near to the Central Park and the cathedral and the roof top bar / restaurant. Liked the rooftop bar.

Magnificent location 4-6 minutes walking distance from El Jardin. A wide array of amazing food for meals.

everything was really good from the staff to the room, comfy bed and stylish room. it had incredible location very close to main square. located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very amiable. they recommended a good restaurant with great view.

This hotel is amazing! The location is bang in the centre with amazing views from the rooftop. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I loved the yummy breakfast that was included in the price.
